Welcome to Mom&SonCo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, digital resources, Monthly Stationery Subscription, forms, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting information, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

ABOUT MOM&SONCO.

Mom&SonCo. is a family-owned stationery and educational business offering physical products, handmade goods, digital resources, family-business tools, and a recurring Monthly Stationery Subscription.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country to make a purchase.

Children and minors may explore our content and participate in family-business activities with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be completed or authorized by an adult.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, colours, measurements, materials, features, and packaging accurately. Colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting, printing, materials, and handmade production.

Some products are handmade, assembled, printed, or curated in small batches. Minor variations are part of their individual character and are not automatically considered defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or update product information when necessary.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed through Captivation Hub and our checkout are listed in United States dollars.

The Mom&SonCo. Monthly Stationery Subscription is currently $65.99 USD per month, plus applicable shipping, taxes, customs charges, and duties.

The complete amount available to us will be displayed before the customer confirms payment. International customers are responsible for understanding the exchange rate and any fees charged by their bank, credit-card provider, customs authority, or local government.

We may change prices in the future. Price changes will not affect completed one-time purchases. Subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future recurring payment, subject to applicable law.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Mom&SonCo. does not store complete credit-card information.

MONTHLY STATIONERY SUBSCRIPTION

The Mom&SonCo. Monthly Stationery Subscription is a recurring monthly purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the subscription price, applicable shipping, and applicable taxes to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription boxes, themes, colours, and individual contents may vary from month to month. Product photographs and examples may illustrate the style or type of products offered and do not guarantee that every pictured item will appear in a particular box.

Founding Member availability is limited to the first 50 accepted members unless Mom&SonCo. announces otherwise.

RECURRING BILLING AND FAILED PAYMENTS

Subscribers are responsible for keeping billing, payment, email, and shipping information current.

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may contact the subscriber to request updated payment information.

We may pause or cancel a subscription when payment remains unsuccessful. A box will not be shipped until the required payment has been successfully processed.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

A subscription may be cancelled before the next scheduled billing date by following the available cancellation process or contacting Mom&SonCo. through our Contact page.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been processed.

Customers should cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable consumer-protection law will continue to apply.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is charged separately unless an offer clearly states otherwise.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery periods, and available costs will be displayed during checkout when supported by the platform.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of postal carriers, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Please review our Refund Policy for instructions concerning damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are provided electronically and are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless a product listing expressly provides different licence terms.

Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded, sublicensed, altered for resale, or presented as the purchaser’s original work.

Because digital products cannot ordinarily be returned after access or delivery, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mom&SonCo. name, branding, website content, photographs, illustrations, stationery designs, written materials, digital products, downloads, educational resources, graphics, and other original content belong to Mom&SonCo. or are used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Permitted personal use does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to the customer.

ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, forms, accounts, or security systems.

• Introduce malicious code, automated scraping tools, or unauthorized tracking.

• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority.

• Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.

• Submit false, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing material.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions connected to misuse, suspected fraud, or conduct that threatens Mom&SonCo., our customers, or our service providers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
